Licensed domestic products are not eligible for international shipments.USA only licensed products will be removed from any order with a destination outside of the 50 United States and territories. The customer will be notified.
If items on your order are not available, you will be notified by our Customer ServiceDept. FedEx Express orders with out-of-stock product will be shipped and a backorder will be created for missing items.
- Candy Spot does not ship on weekends. We do not offer Sunday or holiday shipment arrivals.
- Per FedEx/UPS policy, Saturday shipments are only available usingPriority Overnight services. Please contact us to obtain additional fee information and to place a special request for a Saturday delivery.

Keep in mind the following
- UPS does not deliver on Sunday and will only deliver on Saturday to certain locations. If you require a Saturday delivery, please call us.
- Our warehouse in Long Beach, California send shipments daily Monday through Friday (United States holidays excepted).

International shipping
Customersagree they are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other things like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
Unfortunately,Candy Spot cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which maybe imposed, will rest with the customer.
Defective merchandise
If your item is defective, call us immediately to report the problem. We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for manufacturer defective merchandise within 7calendar days of the package delivery date. However, balloons that are punctured, cut or have popped due to over-inflation will not be honored.Defective merchandise must be accompanied by the Original receipt or Proof ofPurchase or purchased on an Candy Spot member’s account, otherwise the exchange or credit will not be honored.
Pricing and price reductions/corrections
Candy Spot reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Candy Spot website and store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event, you have been charged more than the posted price for a product, please see a Manager for a refund of the overcharge.

If you are paying for your order with an internationalVisa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Address corrections and delivery intercepts
The UPS charge for an address correction is $16.40 per package. If you enter your address incorrectly when placing an order and UPS bills us for address correction costs, we will in turn charge your credit card for all associatedUPS fees. If you change your mind about an order after it has already shipped from our warehouse and you would like to reroute the package(s) back toCandyspot.com, the UPS charge for a delivery intercept is $16.00 per package.We will automatically bill all associated UPS fees to your credit card.
Incorrectly ordered items
In order for credit to be received for incorrectly ordered items, the product must be returned, at purchaser’s expense, to our return address listed above, and must be in the same condition as it was received.
Hot weather issues
Candyspot.com does not take responsibility for products damaged in transit due to extremes in temperature, nor will we replace said product before reviewing the delivery circumstances involved. If questions arise as to perishability, please contact us and we will do our best to provide guidance.
In the event that a product is received in unusable condition, for reasons other than extremes of temperature, a claim must be submitted within five (5) days after physical receipt of merchandise as determined by UPS tracking. In the event that a claim is submitted after the stated time period, we will not be able to issue credit nor refund product.
