Most of our company is imported through many factories stationed all across mexico city, Jalisco, Sinaloa, gudalaja and so many other places from our beautiful back home country.
Due to some manufactures introducing new products the consumer may not actually like the product so the demand for that candy tends to fade causing them to discontinue that product. One of our favorite discontinued mexican candy was that of the takis lollipop, which nowadays it can be very difficult to come by.
Since most of the items that we receive at our candy spots warehouse comes imported from mexico the time frame usually differs by two to three weeks and on very rare occasions sometimes up to a few months wait.

Unfortunately, due to the small demand for this type of candy we sadly don't carry this type of candy. But, down the line if demand continues to increase we will find a way to bring those items overseas and sell them in the U.S. market.

Once you submit your order a representative will email you an invoice in the next 24 hours and soon after you will be required to place half the cost of the piñata as a deposit in order to secure your order. After placing the deposit you will receive an email confirming your order of which you will utilize to pick up your custom piñata on the designated date.
The price usually differs from $49.99 all the way up to $300 if not higher due to the material, molding, and labor cost required to construct your custom made pinata. For example a 6 foot tall piñata bull will run you up approximately $250. This is just one example of the many custom orders we receive annually.
Nope, there is no limit as long as you grant us a two week time frame you can place as many orders as you wish. The only way we will not accept a custom order is if we do not have the materials necessary to build the custom piñata for your party's designated time.
Custom piñata orders are as big as you want them to be, but the bigger the pinata it is the more material needed meaning the price is gonna be higher.

Yes, you can always pick up your items at your local candy store just make sure to grant us 24 hours to prepare and process your items in order to assure that you receive 100% satisfaction. Usually most of these items will be processed that same day but if there is a large influx of items coming in we will always ask for a whole day to process your order. Once your order is completed you will receive an email confirming your items for in store pick up of which you will receive a designated time period to pick up your items.
